Thank you for shopping with KlassMates! We want you to love your new look, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple 30-day return and full refund policy.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to return clothing items for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

You’ll need the order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Undergarments (e.g., underwear, bodysuits, lingerie)

Swimwear without hygiene liners

Final sale items or items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we’ll notify you via email.
If approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

As long as you provide the above mentioned proof and have a request submitted within the 30 days, I will do what I can to provide excellent customer service to you!
